Production Facilities

SSV Pharma Private Limited started its production activities in 2019, with head office located in Hyderabad, Telangana and Manufacturing facility located in Atchutapuram Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
With 3 manufacturing blocks to cover manufacturing of intermediates of various therapeutic categories. Our infrastructure spread over 9 acres with reactor volume of ~220 Kilo litres(reactor size varying from 1.6 Kilo litres to 10 Kilo litres) and our reactor volume can be extended up to 1000 Kilo litres for matching future requirements.
All our reactors are equipped with safety pressure release valves(PRVs), rupture discs and fire DCP pods.
We also have various material filtering & powder processing systems like centrifuge, ANFDs, PNFs, leaf filters,candy filters, VTDs, tray driers, RCVD, miller, shifters & blenders.
Production utilities include chilling plants, boiler, nitrogen plant, air system, cooling towers, vacuum systems for both SSR’s & GLR’s and also dedicated scrubber units for each block.
We have dedicated purified water systems for process requirement.
Hot oil system and high vacuum distillation setup in place.
SSV Pharma also has an inhouse solvent recovery system in place with both continuous & batch distillation capability.
