Mr. Shyam sunder -R&D Head
Is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in the field of pharmaceutical research and development. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Oriented Chemistry (MSc Tech) from the prestigious National Institute of Technology Warangal.

With over three decades of experience, Mr. Shyamsunder has made significant contributions to several renowned organizations. He has held key positions at A R Life Sciences, Fleming Laboratories, RA Chem, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Hyderabad, & Pure Organics in Mumbai, throughout his career, he has focused on research and development, specializing in process development and commercialization at a plant scale.

He has successfully led the development and commercialization of numerous Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). These include anti-coagulants, anti-histamines, anti-emetics,ARV’s and APIs used in the treatment of overactive bladder. His expertise also extends to process development for API intermediates, particularly in the areas of oncology products, specialty chemicals, and cleaning agents.

Notably, he has filed process patents for Risedronate sodium, a medication used in the treatment of osteoporosis, and Dabigatran API intermediates, which are critical components in the production of Dabigatran, an anticoagulant medication.

With his in-depth knowledge, industry experience, and proven track record, He is a respected research professional in the field. His contributions have played a significant role in advancing pharmaceutical research and development, and his expertise continues to benefit the industry as a whole.

Mr. Srinivas Rao -Plant Head
He is a committed professional with vast experience in various domains of pharmaceutical activities, i.e. manufacturing, quality control, engineering, Regulatory, Tech transfer, EHS and R&D.

He is very capable of handling Chemical reactions like Hydrogenation by using catalysts such as Raney-Nickel, Pd/carbon and platinum oxide, Grignard reactions, Oxidation reactions, Halogenation reactions, Friedel-craft reactions, and cryogenic reactions at a commercial scale. He also has expertise in handling critical reagents like Sodium metal, N-Butyl lithium, Sodium amide, Sodium hydride at a commercial level.

Looking after Operations in our factory he oversees day to day activities in Manufacturing, Quality control, Quality Assurance, warehouse operations, Engineering, HR and customer service functions.
